教育目標 Course Target
本課程主要目標在於協助修課同學準備國家考試，並針對當前高考三級考試績效審計類科的考試範圍，傳授政府採購法規制度之歷史沿革、法制規範及其制度設計的理念與精神等，以培養同學們未來參與國家考試獲取高分的能力。同時由於授課教師曾任職於公部門採購單位，且具有政府採購人員證照，課程中並將輔以實務訓練，使同學們都能學習製作政府採購標案文件的實作能力。
The main purpose of this course is to assist students in preparing for national examinations, and to highlight the scope of the current third-level college entrance examination performance review subjects, and to teach the government's historical evolution of the legal system, legal system and its institutional design concepts and spirit, etc., to cultivate students' ability to get high scores in the future national examinations. At the same time, since the teaching teacher has served as a purchasing unit in the public department and has a government purchasing license, he will practice in the course, so that all students can learn the practical ability to produce government purchasing documents.
