本課程主要目標在於協助修課同學準備國家考試,並針對當前高考三級考試人事行政類科的考試範圍,依序介紹我國人事分類制度之演進及人事機構、公務人員考試、任用及陞遷制度、公務人員俸給及考績制度、公務人員退休、撫卹及保險制度、公務人員保障、訓練與進修制度、公務倫理及行政中立等主題。以培養同學們未來參與國家考試獲取高分的能力。The main purpose of this course is to assist students in preparing for national examinations, and to highlight the current examination scope of the personnel and administrative subjects for the third-level college entrance examination, and to introduce the progress of our personnel classification system, personnel institutions, public personnel examination, appointment and employment system, The subjects of public servant salary and examination system, public servant retirement, pension and insurance system, public servant guarantee, training and progress system, public ethics and administrative neutrality.
