民意調查、公共服務需求調查、以及市場調查,已被政府、企業與媒體等機關廣泛運用,目的是要瞭解民眾對於公共政策的意見以及民眾對於公共服務的品質偏好。民意調查的實施有其理論層面與操作層面,而本課程的目標就是讓同學認識民意調查的理論概念,並藉由實際演練,讓同學在理論與實務上都能有廣泛而具體的收穫。
本課程內容包含理論引導與實務操作練習,內容有:
1.調查理論介紹:主要講解民意調查、公共服務需求調查、市場調查的特性、調查方式、問卷設計的重要原則,並認識調查的倫理。
2.調查資料的取得:調查案例討論、問卷主題發想、問卷調查方式、資料檢核。
3.調查資料的分析:基礎統計方法講解、SPSS軟體操作,統計報表分析、詮釋。
Public opinion surveys, public service demand surveys, and market surveys have been widely used by governments, enterprises, media and other agencies, with the aim of understanding the opinions of the people on public policies and the quality preferences of the people for public services. The implementation of public opinion surveys has its own theoretical and operational aspects. The purpose of this course is to allow students to understand the theoretical concepts of public opinion surveys, and through actual practice, students can have broad and specific gains in theory and practice.
The content of this course includes theoretical guidance and practical operation practice, including:
1. Introduction to Investigation Theory: mainly explains the characteristics of public opinion surveys, public service demand surveys, market surveys, survey methods, and questionnaire design, and understands the quality of surveys.
2. Obtaining survey data: discussion of investigation case, question paper topic concept, question paper survey method, data verification.
3. Analysis of survey data: explanation of basic statistical method, SPSS software operation, statistical report analysis, and comment.
