鑑於當代科技的發展，行政組織與科技的互動愈來愈密不可分，更重要的是，科技已成為行政創新與服務創新的主要驅力，但是同時也對組織產生一些新的管理問題。本課程內容以行政創新與服務創新的基本內涵為經，當代科技的發展為緯，除了介紹當代科技的發展，也將結合服務品質、科技接受、以及知識管理的觀點，說明行政創新與服務創新的重要運作知識，並學習掌握未來應用科技時可能遇到的問題。整體課程內容除了由教師講解，也會搭配行政創新與服務創新的案例分享活動，強化同學的學習深度與廣度。

In view of the development of contemporary science and technology, the interaction between administrative organizations and technology has become increasingly inseparable.
