鑑於當代科技的發展，行政組織與科技的互動愈來愈密不可分，更重要的是，科技已成為行政創新與服務創新的主要驅力，但是同時也對組織產生一些新的管理問題。本課程內容以行政創新與服務創新的基本內涵為經，當代科技的發展為緯，除了介紹當代科技的發展，也將結合服務品質、科技接受、以及知識管理的觀點，說明行政創新與服務創新的重要運作知識，並學習掌握未來應用科技時可能遇到的問題。整體課程內容除了由教師講解，也會搭配行政創新與服務創新的案例分享活動，強化同學的學習深度與廣度。With the development of contemporary technology, the interaction between administrative organizations and technology is becoming increasingly inseparable. More importantly, technology has become the main driving force for administrative innovation and service innovation, but at the same time it has also created some new management problems for the organization.
