課程的目的在運用組織理論分析組織的組成、運作,及影響。讓學生組織理論學派有所瞭解,並探討組織發展的新方向,著重在如何應用組織理論連結真實生活,這將會透過實際案例的探討來進行。最終是希望同學們能運用課堂所學,來觀察思考我們社會生活裡的組織經驗。The purpose of the course is to use organizational theory to analyze the composition, operation, and impact of the organization. Let the student organization theory school understand and explore new directions for organization development, focusing on how to apply organization theory to connect real life, which will be conducted through the exploration of actual cases. Finally, I hope that students can use what they have learned in class to observe and think about the organizational experience in our social life.
