行政學的課程設計目的,旨在協助本班同學建立對行政理論與實務的基本認識,進而誘發同學們學習、瞭解、解決公共事務及其問題的興趣,也藉此期能建立同學們投入特定議題觀察、發覺並分析行政問題的能力。本學期的課程安排偏重行政學通論,授課內容廣及「行政學基礎、行政環境、政府再造、府際關係、行政倫理與課責、管理與組織理論、組織行為、管理主義與資訊科技、策略管理與政府管制、行政領導、人事管理、社會公平、公共財務管理、計畫審計與評估」等主題。授課過程結合實務案例介紹、行政問題討論等作法,以拉近行政學與生活的距離,協助同學們進入行政學的世界。The purpose of the course design of administrative studies is to help students in this class establish basic understanding of administrative theory and practice, and thus inspire students to learn, understand, and solve public affairs and problems, and to establish students' specific investment in this period.
