教育目標 Course Target
1、以講述票據法為主幹，而論及公司及保險等商法基本概念。
2、票據法之介紹係以當今銀行業之支票存款業務為主，輔以司法審判實務見解。
3、介紹銀行業對外招考之試題及解答。
4、介紹重大金融及商事案件。
1. Mainly use the method of stating the statement and stating the basic concepts of business laws such as company and insurance.
2. The introduction of the billing method is mainly based on the current bank's check deposit business, and it is based on judicial review and practical explanation.
3. Introduce the questions and answers for the external recruitment of banks.
4. Introduce major financial and commercial cases.

1、對銀行法之基本認識。
2、了解銀行業務之實際運作。
3、分析銀行與客戶間之法律糾紛及法律規範。
1. Basic understanding of banking law.
2. Understand the actual operation of banking business.
3. Analyze the legal disputes and legal regulations between the bank and customers.
