教育目標 Course Target

科技創新應用與服務雖可帶給市場發展更便捷的技術與產出,解決部分社會問題,但亦可能排除社會經濟上較為弱勢之群體,從而產生「不平等」之態勢。世界各國在發展創新科技趨勢中,不約而同提出「科技與不平等」涵納思維之重要性,認為國家社會在這一波科技驅動發展過程中,雖可透過科技解決過往社會上所面臨之不平等,但新的科技服務、科技思維亦有可能將部份群體與個人「排除」(exclusion)在外,因此,在此一科技蓬勃發展的過程中,如何運用科技服務有效解決不平等情事之發生,同時照顧在此一趨勢下被科技排除之社會經濟弱勢族群權益,展現「包容」(inclusion)之內涵實有其重要性。Although technological innovation applications and services can bring more convenient technology and outputs to market development and solve some social problems, it may also rule out that social economy is more weak, resulting in "inequality". In developing innovative technology trends, countries around the world have proposed that "technology and inequality" conceive the importance of thinking. They believe that in this wave of technological driving development, national society can solve the inequality faced in the past social situation through technology. , but new technological services and technological thinking may also "exclude some groups and individuals." "(exclusion) is outside, so in this process of vigorous development of technology, how to use technological services to effectively resolve the occurrence of inequality, and at the same time, we will take into account the social economic weak ethnic rights and interests that are excluded by technology under this trend, and show "inclusiveness" ” (inclusion) is of its importance.
