本課程目標為讓修課同學瞭解政府財務收支運作情形與其法令規範，並籍由新聞實事之討論啟發同學研讀興趣，俾對會計審計法規有深入之瞭解與活用。修習本課程除了可以準備未來之就業考試，亦可作為其他就業（如擔任民意代表之助理）或個人理財之參考，甚至可幫助同學對於政府財務新聞能有正確之評論與認知。
本課程主要以預算法、會計法、決算法及審計法為主，並視需要補充公共債務法、政府採購法等。

The purpose of this course is to allow students to understand the situation of government financial income and expenditure operations and their laws and regulations, and to promote the study and study interest from discussions on news and actual matters, so as to have an in-depth understanding and use of the regulations of the conference. In addition to preparing for future employment exams, this course can also be used as a reference for other employment (such as being an assistant to a public representative) or personal financial management, and can even help students to have correct comments and understanding of government financial news.
This course mainly focuses on budgeting, accounting, decision algorithm and review method, and supplements the public debt law, government procurement law, etc. as needed.
