企業為提高營運效率及持續降低營運成本，持續尋找各種解決方案，導入各種不同效益的資訊系統已成為必要的方案及手段，如ERP(企業資源管理)、SCM(供應鏈管理)、CRM(客戶關係管理)、APS(先進排程系統)、電子商務銷售、電子採購、物流追蹤及MES製造執行系統..等，其中ERP系統是企業e化的基石，也是智慧製造的源頭資訊。现今企業已將ERP的知識與系統操作當成徵才的基本能力，故同學在學期間更應投入學習。本課程以企業實務流程為教學主體，並教導流程與ERP系統的整合運作，以讓同學瞭解企業的實際營運情境，對同學提升將來就業能力有很大的效益。
本課程設計三大目標如下：
1.使同學瞭解ERP之發展﹑內涵﹑範圍與對企業的營運效益
2.使同學瞭解ERP系統從接單﹑採購﹑存貨﹑進貨與銷售之營運流程，並在ERP系統之實務操作流程
3.使同學具備參加ERP應用人才認證之能力
In order to improve operational efficiency and continuously reduce operational costs, enterprises continue to find various solutions. Introducing various information systems with different benefits has become a necessary solution and means, such as ERP (enterprise resource management), SCM (supply chain management), CRM (customer Relationship management), APS (advanced scheduling system), e-commerce sales, electronic purchasing, logistics tracking and MES manufacturing execution systems, etc., among which ERP systems are the cornerstone of enterprise e-generation and the source information of smart manufacturing. Today, enterprises have regarded ERP knowledge and system operation as basic abilities for recruitment, so students should devote themselves to learning during their studies. This course takes the enterprise practical process as the teaching body, and teaches the integrated operation of the process and the ERP system to allow students to understand the actual operation situation of the enterprise, which will greatly benefit students from improving their employment capabilities.
The three major goals of this course are as follows:
1. Let students understand the development, connotation, scope and operational benefits of ERP
2. Enable students to understand the operation process of the ERP system from order, purchase, inventory, import and sales, and the actual operation process of the ERP system
3. Enable students to have the ability to participate in ERP application talent certification
