本課程主要目的在培養學生對企業管理的基本認識，課程主要可以分成規劃、組織、領導、控制。除了課堂知識外，也會透過課外閱讀、實務案例、分組活動、演講等來讓學生學習如何將管理理論與實務並用。The main purpose of this course is to cultivate students' basic understanding of enterprise management.
