本課程為企業全職實習之課程。全職之意，指比照正式員工，一周工作五天一天八小時。修課同學需經過學系的資格審查，及實習企業的甄選錄取，始能修習本課程。
在實習過程中，除了接受任課教師的輔導與監督之外，實習企業也會指派一名業師在工作的職位進行指導。實習生需依照業師指導，在企業實際工作，藉由實作來學習工作的態度、技能及實務上的專業知識。
本課程目的在幫助學生將學術跨學科知識和批判性思維技能應用於真實的工作環境，從而幫助他們探索未來的職業選擇，並發揮學生的商業職業潛力。

This course is a course for full-time corporate practice. The meaning of full-time job means that compared with regular employees, working for eight hours a day, five days a week. Students in the course need to go through the qualification review of the department and the selection of the enterprise before they can take the course.
During the practice, in addition to accepting guidance and supervision from the teacher, the practice enterprise will also assign a teacher to guide the work position. Students must follow the guidance of their employees and work in an actual business, and learn the attitude, skills and professional knowledge of their work through their work.
The purpose of this course is to help students apply their interdisciplinary knowledge and critical thinking skills to a real work environment, thereby helping them explore future career choices and tap into their business potential.
