Core Career Competencies
教育目標 Course Target
課程內容涵蓋以下三大核心職能:
1.「動機職能」Driving Competencies,簡稱DC)
旨在訓練對個人優勢之認知,以建立職涯發展規劃,促進學習專業敬業精神,有效自律自制,深刻理解職場倫理及社會化意識,用以務實展現每一個人外顯績效,增進每一個人在職場之魅力與競爭力。
2.「行為職能」Behavioral Competencies,簡稱BC)
認同組織體制與自我定位,瞭解工作夥伴運作之效益與必要性,透過有效溝通協調機制,團隊合作的綜效,以體諒包容思維面對衝突、超越障礙、化解衝突,形成務實有用的內部及外部互動協作力量。
3.「知識職能」Knowledge Competencies,簡稱KC)
認識大環境及職務脈動趨向,積極促進學習與創新,建立工作價值概念與成本意識,掌握知識資訊,運用技能,有效察覺職場問題與機會,洞察解題方法與策略,以有效訓練成為知識經濟社會中一個有準備的人力資本。
具體而言,職場核心核能課程是要帶領學生學習並了解:如何找到自己的工作興趣,如何培養職場軟實力,如何讓自己進入職場前更有競爭力,如何讓自己更有自信進入職場,如何培養職場團隊精神,如何寫出好的履歷,如何增加自己的自信。
The course content covers the following three core functions:
1. Driving Competencies (DC)
It aims to train the awareness of personal strengths to establish career development plans, promote the learning of professional professionalism, effective self-discipline and self-control, and a deep understanding of workplace ethics and social awareness, so as to pragmatically demonstrate each person's external performance and enhance each person's charm and competitiveness in the workplace.
2. "Behavioral Competencies" (BC for short)
Recognize the organizational structure and self-positioning, understand the effectiveness and necessity of the operation of working partners, through effective communication and coordination mechanisms, the synergy of teamwork, face conflicts, overcome obstacles, and resolve conflicts with an understanding and inclusive mind, forming a pragmatic and useful internal and external interactive and collaborative force.
3. "Knowledge Competencies" (KC for short)
Understand the general environment and job trends, actively promote learning and innovation, establish work value concepts and cost awareness, master knowledge and information, use skills, effectively detect workplace problems and opportunities, gain insight into problem-solving methods and strategies, and effectively train to become a prepared human capital in a knowledge-based economy.
Specifically, the core nuclear energy course in the workplace is to lead students to learn and understand: how to find their own work interests, how to cultivate soft power in the workplace, how to make themselves more competitive before entering the workplace, how to make themselves more confident entering the workplace, how to cultivate team spirit in the workplace, how to write a good resume, and how to increase their self-confidence.
