1353 - 職場核心職能 Core Career Competencies


教育目標 Course Target

課程內容涵蓋以下三大核心職能: 1.「動機職能」Driving Competencies,簡稱DC) 旨在訓練對個人優勢之認知,以建立職涯發展規劃,促進學習專業敬業精神,有效自律自制,深刻理解職場倫理及社會化意識,用以務實展現每一個人外顯績效,增進每一個人在職場之魅力與競爭力。 2.「行為職能」Behavioral Competencies,簡稱BC) 認同組織體制與自我定位,瞭解工作夥伴運作之效益與必要性,透過有效溝通協調機制,團隊合作的綜效,以體諒包容思維面對衝突、超越障礙、化解衝突,形成務實有用的內部及外部互動協作力量。 3.「知識職能」Knowledge Competencies,簡稱KC) 認識大環境及職務脈動趨向,積極促進學習與創新,建立工作價值概念與成本意識,掌握知識資訊,運用技能,有效察覺職場問題與機會,洞察解題方法與策略,以有效訓練成為知識經濟社會中一個有準備的人力資本。 具體而言,職場核心核能課程是要帶領學生學習並了解:如何找到自己的工作興趣,如何培養職場軟實力,如何讓自己進入職場前更有競爭力,如何讓自己更有自信進入職場,如何培養職場團隊精神,如何寫出好的履歷,如何增加自己的自信。 The course content covers the following three core abilities: 1. "Motor Function" Driving Competencies, known as DC) It aims to train the awareness of personal strengths, establish career development plans, promote the learning of professional respect, effectively self-discipline and self-control, deeply understand the ethics and social consciousness of the field, and use it to effectively demonstrate the appearance of each person and enhance the charm and competitiveness of each person in the field. 2. "Behavioral Competencies" Behavioral Competencies, BC) Agree with the organizational system and self-positioning, understand the benefits and necessity of work partner operations, and through effective communication and coordination mechanisms and the effectiveness of teamwork cooperation, we can face conflicts, overcome obstacles, resolve conflicts with a comprehensive and practical and useful internal and external interactive cooperation force. 3. Knowledge Competencies, simply KC) Understand the general environment and career trends, actively promote learning and innovation, establish work value concepts and cost awareness, master knowledge information, use skills, effectively observe job problems and opportunities, and understand problem-solving methods and strategies, and become a prepared human resources in the knowledge economic society through effective training. Specifically, the core nuclear energy course of the job site is to lead students to learn and understand: how to find their own interest in work, how to cultivate their ability in the job site, how to make themselves more competitive before entering the job site, how to make themselves more confident in entering the job site, how to cultivate the spirit of the job site team, how to write good performances, and how to increase your confidence.
