旨在訓練對個人優勢之認知，以建立職涯發展規劃，促進學習專業敬業精神，有效自律自制，深刻理解職場倫理及社會化意識，用以務實展現每一個人外顯績效，增進每一個人在職場之魅力與競爭力。
2.「行為職能」Behavioral Competencies,簡稱BC)
認同組織體制與自我定位，瞭解工作夥伴運作之效益與必要性，透過有效溝通協調機制，團隊合作的綜效，以體諒包容思維面對衝突、超越障礙、化解衝突，形成務實有用的內部及外部互動協作力量。
3.「知識職能」Knowledge Competencies,簡稱KC)
認識大環境及職務脈動趨向，積極促進學習與創新，建立工作價值概念與成本意識，掌握知識資訊，運用技能，有效察覺職場問題與機會，洞察解題方法與策略，以有效訓練成為知識經濟社會中一個有準備的人力資本。
具體而言，職場核心核能課程是要帶領學生學習並了解：如何找到自己的工作興趣，如何培養職場軟實力，如何讓自己進入職場前更有競爭力，如何讓自己更有自信進入職場，如何培養職場團隊精神，如何寫出好的履歷，如何增加自己的自信。
