然而，根據許多專業調查報告的結果，專案失敗的機率依然居高不下，其最主要的造成原因竟然是：不良的專案領導及團隊管理。因此課程中將介紹專案管理的架構、流程、方法，並配合實務表單與線上軟體模擬專案的進行，確實掌握對專案管理各階段流程及知識領域的了解，使同學有能力成為專案團隊成員並進而領導專案。
