本課程聚焦於開放經濟體系中的總體經濟理論，探討經濟政策效果與國際金融體制的發展。學生將學習外匯市場運作與國際收支調節理論，掌握各種匯率制度的優劣及其影響，並分析國際金融體制現狀與改革議題。課程內容涵蓋開放經濟模型建構與總體政策分析、國際景氣循環的互動影響，以及國際收支與匯率調整的動態過程。同時，課程注重實務應用，培養學生解析工商時報、經濟日報及專業商業期刊中金融資訊的能力，以應對全球金融動態。This course focuses on the overall economic theory in the open economic system, and explores the effects of economic policies and the development of international financial systems. Students will learn the theory of foreign exchange market operations and international income and expenditure adjustment, grasp the advantages and disadvantages of various exchange rate systems and analyze the current situation of international financial system and reform issues. The course content covers the dynamic process of adjusting international revenue and expenditure and exchange rate. At the same time, the course focuses on practical applications and cultivates students' ability to analyze financial information in business reports, economic reports and professional business journals to meet global financial dynamics.
本課程教學目的乃對於開放經濟體系，提供總體經濟理論的進階分析及模型延伸，尤其在總體經濟政策的效果分析及涵義上。並對整體世界經濟體系，互相依存的國際金融制度沿革及發展，外匯市場、國際收支的調節理論均為主題。主要內容包括：國際收支帳的介紹，各種匯率體制的發展及優劣比較，國際金融體制現況與變革，開放型總體經濟模型的建立、運作與架構，總體經濟政策效果分析，國際經濟景氣的傳輸與互動的探討，國際收支與匯率動態調節過程的理論。
The purpose of this course is to provide advanced analysis and model extension of overall economic theory for the open economic system, especially in the analysis and connotation of overall economic policies. And the theory of the adjustment of the foreign exchange market and international revenue and expenditure on the overall world economic system, the interdependent international financial system, are the themes. The main contents include: introduction of international income and expenditure accounts, the development of various exchange rate systems and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages, the current situation and changes of international financial system, the establishment, operation and structure of open overall economic model, analysis of overall economic policy effects, and the transmission of international economic landscape and interactive exploration, theories of dynamic adjustment process of international revenue and expenditure and exchange rate.
