本課程聚焦於開放經濟體系中的總體經濟理論，探討經濟政策效果與國際金融體制的發展。學生將學習外匯市場運作與國際收支調節理論，掌握各種匯率制度的優劣及其影響，並分析國際金融體制現狀與改革議題。課程內容涵蓋開放經濟模型建構與總體政策分析、國際景氣循環的互動影響，以及國際收支與匯率調整的動態過程。同時，課程注重實務應用，培養學生解析工商時報、經濟日報及專業商業期刊中金融資訊的能力，以應對全球金融動態。

This course focuses on the overall economic theory in an open economic system, exploring the effects of economic policies and the development of the international financial system. Students will study the operation of the foreign exchange market and the theory of international balance of payments regulation, master the advantages, disadvantages and impacts of various exchange rate systems, and analyze the current situation and reform issues of the international financial system. The course content covers the construction of open economic models and overall policy analysis, the interactive impact of international business cycles, and the dynamic process of international balance of payments and exchange rate adjustment. At the same time, the course focuses on practical application and cultivates students' ability to analyze financial information in the Business Times, Economic Daily and professional business journals to cope with global financial trends.

本課程教學目的乃對於開放經濟體系，提供總體經濟理論的進階分析及模型延伸，尤其在總體經濟政策的效果分析及涵義上。並對整體世界經濟體系，互相依存的國際金融制度沿革及發展，外匯市場、國際收支的調節理論均為主題。主要內容包括：國際收支帳的介紹，各種匯率體制的發展及優劣比較，國際金融體制現況與變革，開放型總體經濟模型的建立、運作與架構，總體經濟政策效果分析，國際經濟景氣的傳輸與互動的探討，國際收支與匯率動態調節過程的理論。

The teaching purpose of this course is to provide advanced analysis and model extension of overall economic theory for open economic systems, especially in the analysis and implications of the effects of overall economic policies. The overall world economic system, the evolution and development of the interdependent international financial system, the foreign exchange market, and the adjustment theory of the balance of payments are all topics. The main contents include: introduction to the international balance of payments, the development and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various exchange rate systems, the current situation and changes of the international financial system, the establishment, operation and structure of the open overall economic model, analysis of the overall economic policy effects, discussion of the transmission and interaction of the international economic boom, and the theory of the dynamic adjustment process of the international balance of payments and exchange rates.
