企業在進行營運活動時，需要有良好的規劃與執行能力，方能達成活動之目標。活動企劃係指組成企劃團隊、設定活動目標、進行外部環境分析與內部資源分析，產生活動之定位，再運用創意思考及規劃方法，產生活動企劃書，以確保活動目標之達成。活動執行係指依照活動企劃書，籌組執行團隊及整合資源，招募與培訓人員執行活動企劃，並藉由廣告文宣與網路行銷工具，進行活動的推廣與宣傳，以達成活動目標。活動執行後，並需進行檢討，以增進活動企劃與執行能力。
本課程將從活動企劃、執行與檢討之流程，讓修課學生瞭解活動企劃的核心概念與流程，以及活動企劃的方法論與工具。在業師的指導與建議之下，提出活動企劃案，並撰寫活動企劃書，以培訓活動企劃與簡報表達能力。
在活動執行與檢討方面，則是讓修課學生實際執行一項校園大型活動，從實作當中，瞭解活動資源與人員的募集、實體活動與網路活動的執行與控管，活動完成之後的檢討與改進，以培養團隊合作、工作態度、以及領導與執行能力。

When enterprises carry out operational activities, they need to have good planning and execution capabilities in order to achieve the goals of the activities. Event planning refers to forming a planning team, setting event goals, conducting external environment analysis and internal resource analysis, generating the positioning of the event, and then using creative thinking and planning methods to produce an event plan to ensure the achievement of event goals. Event execution refers to organizing an execution team and integrating resources according to the event plan, recruiting and training personnel to execute the event plan, and promoting and publicizing the event through advertising and online marketing tools to achieve event goals. After the activity is implemented, a review is required to improve activity planning and execution capabilities.
This course will start from the process of event planning, execution and review, allowing students to understand the core concepts and processes of event planning, as well as the methodologies and tools of event planning. Under the guidance and advice of industry experts, we will propose event plans and write event plans to train event planning and presentation skills.
In terms of activity execution and review, students are asked to actually implement a large-scale campus activity. From the actual implementation, they learn about the recruitment of event resources and personnel, the execution and control of physical activities and online activities, and the review and improvement after the completion of the activity to cultivate teamwork, work attitude, and leadership and execution capabilities.
