金融科技的發展之影響層面,在網路雲端技術、行動支付,以及物聯網等新興科技的興起,除了挑戰既有的金融服務模式,更對建構在網路平台上的電子商務之服務造成影響。此外,大數據分析廣泛應用於金融科技相關工具,金融大數據的探勘與統計分析為金融科技重要的應用層面。故本課程之目的在於讓學生瞭解金融科技在科技面的最新發展與相關議題,並且培養學生分析金融科技對既有或是新進的電子商務企業營造的機會與挑戰,以及培養學生因應金融環境變遷,規劃電子商務發展的創新策略管理能力。The impact of the development of financial technology, the rise of new technologies such as online cloud technology, mobile payment, and Internet of Things, not only challenges the existing financial service model, but also affects the e-commerce services built on the Internet platform. In addition, large-data analysis is widely used in financial technology-related tools, and the exploration and statistical analysis of large-data finance is an important application layer for financial technology. Therefore, the purpose of this course is to allow students to understand the latest developments and related issues of fintech in the field of technology, and to cultivate students to analyze the opportunities and challenges of fintech for existing or new e-commerce companies, as well as to cultivate students' innovative strategy management capabilities in response to changes in the financial environment and planning e-commerce development.
