1.學習企業經營策略的理論及程序
2.瞭解產業環境對企業經營策略的影響

參考書目 Reference Books
本課程以個案教學為主，課堂中將發放6個國內本土企業之個案，並搭配參考教材的講授。
參考教材以Grant, Contemporary Strategy analysis, Blackwell Press 為主，並搭配一些較具前瞻性的管理論文或文獻。
This course is mainly based on case teaching. Six cases of domestic domestic enterprises will be distributed in the classroom, and will be taught with reference materials.
The reference textbooks are mainly Grant, Contemporary Strategy Analysis, Blackwell Press, and are paired with some more forward-looking management papers or literature.
