一、氣候峰會與條約規範 : 地球峰會、歷屆氣候峰會重點及京都議定書、巴黎協定…等的介紹。
二、減碳、控溫評價、方法與指標 : E(Environment)環境、S(Social)社會參與、G(Governance)公司治理(SDG13)內涵及實施程序SGE；具體評價方法指標 :CDP、GRI、PRI、TCFD、SASB、SFDR…等。
三、實務上碳盤查、碳足跡…等的導入 : ISO 14064-1、ISO 14067、水資源廢棄物處理、環境會計物質流會計引入、綠電太陽能風能海洋能的介紹及CBAM制度的探討實務…等。

1. Climate Summits and Treaty Norms: An introduction to the Earth Summit, the highlights of previous climate summits, the Kyoto Protocol, the Paris Agreement, etc.
2. Carbon reduction and temperature control evaluation, methods and indicators: E (Environment) environment, S (Social) social participation, G (Governance) corporate governance (SDG13) connotation and implementation procedures SGE; specific evaluation method indicators: CDP, GRI, PRI, TCFD, SASB, SFDR... etc.
3. Practical introduction of carbon inventory, carbon footprint, etc.: ISO 14064-1, ISO 14067, water resources waste treatment, introduction of environmental accounting material flow accounting, introduction of green electricity, solar, wind and ocean energy, and discussion and practice of CBAM system, etc.

配合國家政策及全球永續發展需要，使學生能前瞻國際社會發展與認識全球化減碳議題。並瞭解現代社會與經營管理知識的關係。認識人類心理法則與群己關係跟美好世界的關係。擴大其全球化的視野並理解世界資源分享應有的法治及經營觀念及相關規制(SDGS)，瞭解國家於環境保護、社會參與及公司治理的權利與義務；範圍與界限(SDG14)。進而培養有判斷準則的素養與善盡世界公民的責任。課程安排部分英文資料導讀、教授，特別是京都議定書、巴黎協定及CBAM機制英文條文介紹。

In line with national policies and global sustainable development needs, students can look forward to the development of international society and understand global carbon reduction issues. And understand the relationship between modern society and business management knowledge. Understand the relationship between human psychological laws, group-self relationships, and the beautiful world. Expand its global vision and understand the legal and business concepts and related regulations for world resource sharing (SDGS), and understand the country's rights and obligations in environmental protection, social participation and corporate governance; scope and boundaries (SDG14). In order to cultivate the quality of judgment and fulfill the responsibilities of global citizens. The course arranges for introduction and teaching of some English materials, especially the introduction of the English provisions of the Kyoto Protocol, Paris Agreement and CBAM mechanism.
