培養學生從全球的植被分布角度，深入了解台灣的植群生態與植物多樣性，學習環境影響評估植物生態評估技術規範、公共工程規範生態檢核機制植物棲地評估方法，以及公共工程建設植物生態應用方式。包含，說明東海大學透過公私協力，以植物(基礎生產者)類別規劃、設計，促進生態系回復，完成東大溪改善，獲得國家永續獎、金質獎等二十獎項，並進一步協助東海大學成為《泰晤士高等教育》世界影響力大學排名百大成員。為各企業積極學習的經驗。並講述公部門與企業透過選擇種植哪些植物，如何種植，以及採用棲地經營，尋求更積極促進全球減碳的方法。

From the perspective of global vegetation distribution, train students have an in-depth understanding of Taiwan's plant population ecology and plant diversity, learn the technical specifications of environmental impact assessment plant ecology evaluation, the method of evaluating plant ecology in public works regulations and the method of applying plant ecology in public works construction. Including, it explains that through public-private cooperation, Donghai University plans and designs in plant (basic producers) categories to promote the recovery of the biological system, complete the improvement of Dongdaxi, and win 20 awards including the National Continuing Award and Gold Award, and further help Donghai University become one of the top 100 members of the World Influence University Rankings of Times Higher Education.
