This course aims at providing an understanding of the principles of analytical chemistry and demonstrating how these principles can be applied to environmental sciences. 此課程開設之目的,在使學生能對微生物實驗方法有充分認識,未來能靈活運用這些觀念與方法於微生物學相關學術領域,如生態保育、臨床醫學、遺傳工程、分子生物學或甚至是跨學科的範疇。藉認識地球上微尺度的眾多生物,而能探索肉眼無法看見的生命現象,進而認知生命尺度的廣闊。
The purpose of this course is to enable students to have a full understanding of microbial experiment methods and to use these concepts and methods in the field of microbiology-related academic fields, such as bio-conservation, clinical medicine, transmission engineering, molecular biology or even interdisciplinary scope. By understanding the many creatures on the earth at a micro scale, we can explore the phenomena of life that cannot be seen by the naked eye, and then we can understand the broadness of life scale.
