本課程以劉仁傑老師過去15年在日本、台灣、大陸和亞洲各國的理論性和實務性研究成果為基礎，內容包括精編講義12章，並將配合10卷錄影帶，教授豐田式生產體系(TPS)為主軸的企業改造活動或精實系統變革。學生除授課內容外另需研讀任一豐田生產相關著作，以深化學習效果。同時與企業配合進行八個工作天之實作，規劃於期中期末提出企業研習成果報告。

This course is based on the theoretical and practical research results of Teacher Liu Renjie in Japan, Taiwan, Mainland and Asia over the past 15 years. The content includes 12 chapters of elaboration and 10 volumes of film strips to teach the Hongtian Production System (TPS) as the main enterprise transformation activities or precise system transformation. In addition to the course content, students need to study any related works on Fengtian production to deepen learning effects.
