講述以系統化及資訊化的念深說明工程經濟的觀念及各種評估方法，對學生提供一套在經濟規劃及參與各項投資方案的評估分析上，有系統的決策工具。
It describes the concept of systemization and information-based explanation of engineering economy and various evaluation methods, and provides students with a set of systematic decision-making tools in economic planning and evaluation and analysis of various investment plans.
