本課程是基因操作的延續性課程，將遺傳工程課程內容的三大主題設計成單元，進階的遺傳工程的三大單元，以團體導向學習結合實例討論，配合實作影片及分析，期使大學部高年級學生了解如何以遺傳工程技術學來探討一個特定生物科學的問題。內容包含基因選殖基本及進階應用方法，真核細胞中的基因表達，各類真核細胞表達載體，動物細胞轉染，西方點墨法，定點突變法，基因靶向及編輯，轉殖小鼠，遺傳工程在醫學及疾病治療的應用等。本課程將以實驗原理配合實作演示影片，以小組作業討論，來顯示遺傳工程技術學的重要實作觀念。期望能灌輸學生基本觀念，並加強實驗設計經驗。This course is a continuous course of genetic operation. It designs the three major themes of the content of the transmigration engineering course into units, and the three major units of advanced transmigration engineering are discussed through group-oriented learning, and cooperates with the production of videos and analysis. In order to enable senior students in the university department to understand how to explore a specific biological science problem through transmigration engineering technology. The content includes basic and advanced application methods for gene selection, gene expression in eukaryotic cells, various types of eukaryotic cell expression loads, animal cell transfection, Western ink method, fixed-point transfusion method, gene targeting and editing, transmissive mice, application of transmission engineering in medicine and disease treatment, etc. This course will use experimental principles to create demonstration videos and conduct research discussions in a group to show important practical concepts in transcribing engineering technology. It is hoped to instill students in basic concepts and strengthen their experience design experience.
