課程目標首先讓同學認識癌症本身在生物學上的本質, 並學習癌症的發生原因及機制, 包括基因本身的影響, 病毒的影響, 細胞蛋白質變異的影響. 並將探討分子層次的轉變如何改變細胞的表現行為進而導致癌症發生, 包括細胞週期(cell cycle), 細胞移行(cell motility)及轉移(metastasis). 本課程也將介紹臨床癌症病理學以及治療的處理方式.本課程涵蓋主題如下:

The course objectives first allow students to understand the biological nature of cancer itself, and learn the causes and mechanisms of cancer, including the impact of genes themselves, the impact of viruses, and the effects of cell protein changes. It will also explore how the transformation of molecular levels changes the performance behavior of cells and lead to cancer, including cell cycles, cell motility and metastasis. This course will also introduce clinical cancer pathology and treatment methods. The topics covered by this course are as follows:
