教育目標 Course Target
本課程將以課堂講解配合以小組作業實作及單元影片教學方法，將課程的三大主題設計成學習單元。引導修課學生在基因操作的基本觀念建立後，以小組問題討論學習方式加入作業實作，配合研究實例演示，期使大學部二年級學生了解，如何以基因工程技術學來探討科學實務上的問題。內容包含基因選殖基本方法，各類細菌選殖載體，膠體電泳，specific clone偵測分析方法，聚合酶連鎖反應，定序與次世代定序等。
This course will design the three major themes of the course into learning units using class explanations and small group practices and single-video teaching methods. After the basic concept of genetic operation was established, the guide students will join the work in a group of question discussion learning and cooperate with the demonstration of research examples, so that second-year students in the university department can understand how to explore scientific practical problems through genetic engineering technology. The content includes basic methods of gene selection, various types of bacterial selection, gel electrophoresis, specific clone detection and analysis methods, polymerase chain reaction, sequencing and next-generation sequencing, etc.
