“生物分析化學”是將分析化學、生物化學以及儀器分析課程的基本知識應用於生物樣品的分析、鑑定以及定量。“生物分析化學”的課程將介紹的主題及生物分析方法,包括: 蛋白質、酵素、抗體、分光光度計、免疫分析方法、生物感測器、電泳、離心方法、層析法以及質譜法。此外,亦將介紹這些分析方法於生物樣品檢測之應用。
"Bioanalytical Chemistry" applies the basic knowledge of analytical chemistry, biochemistry and instrument analysis courses to the analysis, calibration and quantification of biological samples.
