Historical Geographic Information System
教育目標 Course Target
本課程的教學目標旨在培養學生GIS、數位典藏之專業知識及實務經驗,具體整理如下:
1.了解「GIS」的基本概念、特色及優勢,及其與人文研究、數位典藏間的雙向密切關係。
2.熟悉人文導向的GIS、GPS基本操作,探討應用GIS、GPS於人文及社會科學領域之可能性。
3.創意加值數位典藏現有成果,以GIS生產、整合、管理及展現自己的數位典藏與人文社
會空間研究及分析之成果。
課程大綱如下:

The teaching goal of this course is to cultivate students' professional knowledge and practical experience in GIS and digital collections. The details are as follows:
1. Understand the basic concepts, characteristics and advantages of "GIS", as well as its two-way close relationship with humanities research and digital collections.
2. Be familiar with the basic operations of humanities-oriented GIS and GPS, and explore the possibility of applying GIS and GPS in the fields of humanities and social sciences.
3. Use GIS to produce, integrate, manage and display your own digital collections and humanities society through existing achievements in creative value-added digital collections.

1. Understand the basic concepts, characteristics and advantages of "GIS", as well as its two-way close relationship with humanities research, digital collections and digital humanities.
2. Be familiar with the basic operations of humanities-oriented GIS and GPS, and explore the possibility of applying GIS and GPS in the fields of humanities and social sciences.
