Neo-Confucianism of the Sung-Ming Period
教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在介紹宋明理學的歷史背景與核心關懷，並探討理學家的思想體系，以展示宋明儒學的基本問題與歷史演變，並培養研讀宋明儒者著作的能力。本課程有三個主要學習目標：一是修畢本課程，能對個別理學家思想觀點與系統，有具體的認識。二是藉由本課程的修習，能明瞭宋明理學的核心議題與歷史發展。三是能具備閱讀相關文本的背景、知識與能力，以作為有意深研宋明文化和理學思想的基礎。
This course aims to introduce the historical background and core concerns of Neo-Confucianism in the Song and Ming Dynasties, and explore the ideological system of the Neo-Confucianists in order to demonstrate the basic issues and historical evolution of Confucianism in the Song and Ming Dynasties, and to cultivate the ability to study the works of Confucian scholars in the Song and Ming Dynasties. This course has three main learning objectives: First, after completing this course, you can have a specific understanding of the ideological views and systems of individual Neo-Confucianists. Second, through the study of this course, one can understand the core issues and historical development of Neo-Confucianism in the Song and Ming Dynasties. The third is to have the background, knowledge and ability to read relevant texts as a basis for further study of Song and Ming culture and Neo-Confucian thought.
