「社會:社會價值思辨(成長工作坊)」是一門專為大學生設計的通識課程,旨在幫助學生認識自我,建立正向的價值觀,並協助大學生以積極的態度面對生活的挑戰與困難。課程將以社會情緒學習(Social Emotional Learning, SEL)的五大內涵為主軸,培養並支持學生發展自我覺察(self-awareness)、自我管理(self-management)、社會覺察(social awareness)、人際技巧(relationship skills)、負責任的決策(responsible decision-making)的能力。本課程將這些內涵融入每一週的教學內容,幫助學生在個人成長的同時,也能有效地進行社會價值的思辨與實踐。
綜上,本課程不僅幫助學生更深刻地認識自己,,並學會如何有效管理自我,理解與尊重他人,建立良好的人際關係,並能在面對生活的各種挑戰時,做出負責任的決策。還將探索如何進行社會價值的思辨,發展和應用社會價值觀,進而在社會中成為積極的影響者。
"Social: Social Value Thinking (Growth Workshop)" is a generalization course designed for college students. It aims to help students recognize themselves, establish positive value view, and help college students face challenges and difficulties in life with an aggressive attitude. The course will focus on the five major connotations of social Emotional Learning (SEL), cultivate and support students in developing self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. This course integrates these connotations into weekly teaching content, helping students to effectively reflect on social value while growing individually.
In general, this course not only helps students to know themselves more deeply, and learn how to effectively manage themselves, understand and respect others, establish good international relations, and make responsible decisions when facing various challenges in life. We will also explore how to think about social value, develop and apply social value view, and thus become an important influencer in society.
