教育目標 Course Target
課程內容就銀行存匯及授信等業務內容所涉及之民法、商事法(公司、票據、保險)、訴訟法及執行法等法掘規之司法運作，可作為書本理論之驗證，另一面可就金融機構(銀行)之催收法務人員之業務先修，在畢業後除國考外之另一選擇。
The course contents of the judicial operations involving the bank's business content such as the civil law, commercial law (company, billing, insurance), lawsuit law and enforcement law involved in the bank's business contents can be used as verification of book theory. On the other hand, it can be repaired first for the business of the financial institution (bank) collecting law personnel, and another option except for the national examination after graduation.
