鑑於國內學生長期欠缺國際公法之背景訓練，課程目標以達到對國際公法之架構、概念及原則、基本認知，並對於初步接觸國際法者賦予基礎教學，藉由課堂之介紹，由淺入深，以培養學生對國際公法研究之興趣。
