講授票據法之原理及規定，並配合當今之金融銀行界票據業務實務處理流程。
其目的在使學生在了解票據法規定外，亦能熟悉票據法在司法及金融實務見解，以便於日從事金融法務或司法事務時處理有關票據相關問題時能理論與實務兼顧。本課程將介紹票據（匯票、本票及支票）之基本概念、分類及其使用，主要內容包括：票據之簽名、票據代理、偽造、變造、各種票據行為、票據權利之移轉與行使、票據當事人之責任及權利等。Talk about the principles and regulations of the ticketing method, and cooperate with the current financial banking industry practical processing process.

The billing method is a highly technical legal rule, and its content is not only commonly understood by ordinary knowledge.
