本課程為使學生瞭解設施內進行蔬菜栽培管理理論知識和技能。課程內容包含：
設施蔬菜的發展優勢、現狀和趨勢
蔬菜栽培設施的類型、結構與性能
蔬菜栽培設施的環境調控技術
設施蔬菜育苗技術
設施蔬菜的栽培與水肥管理
設施蔬菜病蟲害防治
設施蔬菜貯運與加工
主要目的是配合實習操作以實現學生能夠學以致用。This course is designed to enable students to understand the theoretical knowledge and skills of vegetable cultivation and management in facilities. Course content includes:

Types, structures and performance of vegetable cultivation facilities
Environmental control technology for vegetable cultivation facilities
Facility vegetable seedling technology
Cultivation and water and fertilizer management of facility vegetables
Facility vegetable pest control
