本課程目標是花卉啟蒙課程，著重闡述花卉栽培的基本理論，此課程讓學生瞭解台灣花卉生產概況、栽培方式及產期調節等方法。
課程內涵:本課程將針對花卉產業必須瞭解的相關技術及特性做完整性的介紹，包括花卉生產與產業之特性、產地特性、環境與生產之關係、花卉形態特徵、繁殖技術、土壤特性、設施利用、開花調節、保鮮技術等相關內容，使學生更易於瞭解花卉產業。
The goal of this course is to provide an enlightenment course on flowers, focusing on the basic theories of flower cultivation. This course allows students to understand the general situation of flower production in Taiwan, cultivation methods, and production period adjustment methods.
Course content: This course will provide a complete introduction to the relevant technologies and characteristics that must be understood in the flower industry, including the characteristics of flower production and industry, characteristics of origin, the relationship between environment and production, flower morphological characteristics, propagation technology, soil characteristics, and facilities. Utilization, flowering regulation, preservation technology and other related contents make it easier for students to understand the flower industry.
