本課程內容包括：歐盟的形成、歐盟組織(以歐盟高峰會、歐盟理事會、歐盟執委會、歐洲議會、歐盟法院、歐洲央行為主要內容)、歐盟的法律性質、歐盟法基礎條約、歐盟運作條約、歐盟基本權利憲章、歐盟法的執行與救濟、歐盟法與會員國內國法的關係、歐盟其他相關政策。

2. Course content
The contents of this course include: the formation of the European Union, the European Union Organization (mainly the European Union Summit, the European Union Council, the European Union Committee, the European Union Session, the European Court of Justice, and the European Central Bank), the legal nature of the European Union, the European Union's French Basic Agreement, the European Union's European Union Operational contract, the EU's basic rights seal, the implementation and economic relief of the EU law, the relationship between the EU law and the national laws of member states, and other relevant policies of the EU.
