本課程以實際商業案例分析為主要教學方法，藉以講解公司法、證券交易法及票據法等相關制度、規範內容、主要爭議以及在實務上的適用，期使修課同學能對公司法、證券交易法及票據法有更深入的了解。This course uses actual business case analysis as the main teaching method to explain relevant systems, normative contents, main disputes and practical applications such as Company Law, Securities Exchange Law and Negotiable Instruments Law. It is expected that students taking this course will be able to understand company law, securities law and other related systems. Have a deeper understanding of transaction law and instrument law.
