本課程著重於教授法律研究所碩博士班生如何撰寫法學論文之技巧、組織及重點。課程講解包括但不限於論文命題、問題意識發掘、組織架構、研究方法、註解格式、風格要求、參考文獻、論述方法與技巧等，並希望透過實作參與，加強修課同學印象，以幫助研所學生對於如何有效率並正確組織法學論文研究工作有基礎概念。This course focuses on teaching the skills, organization and focus of how students from the Law Institute’s PhD class can write legal essays. Course explanations include but are not limited to discussion topics, problem-based concepts, organizational structures, research methods, explanation formats, style requirements, reference papers, explanation methods and techniques, etc. We hope to strengthen the impression of students in the course through practical participation to help research. The students have basic concepts on how to be efficient and correctly organize legal literature research.
