社會促進法包括: 兒童及少年福利與權益保障法, 老人福利法, 身心障礙者權益保障法,長期照顧服務法
社會補償包括: 犯罪被害人保護法, 傳染病防治法--疫苗注射
社會救助法則以社會救助法現行法及修法草案為上課討論內容。

Based on the understanding of the social legal system and the basic law of social welfare, we will then understand the social benefit law, especially the relevant norms and contents of the social insurance law, social promotion law, social compensation law and social assistance law.

Social promotion laws include: Children and Adolescents Welfare and Rights Protection Law, Elderly Welfare Law, Persons with Disabilities Rights Protection Law, and Long-term Care Services Law
Social compensation includes: Crime Victims Protection Law, Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law-Vaccination
The social assistance law takes the current social assistance law and the draft amendment as the content of the class discussion.
