其中, 社會保險法包括: 全民健康保險法, 年金保險法, 就業保險法, 職災保險法
社會促進法包括: 兒童及少年福利與權益保障法, 老人福利法, 身心障礙者權益保障法,長期照顧服務法
社會補償包括: 犯罪被害人保護法, 傳染病防治法--疫苗注射
社會救助法則以社會救助法現行法及修法草案為上課討論內容。Based on understanding the social legal system and the Basic Law of Social Welfare, we will understand the relevant regulations and contents of the Social Payment Law, especially the Social Security Law, the Social Promotion Law, the Social Reimbursement Law and the Social Assistance Law.
Among them, social insurance laws include: National Health Insurance Law, Annuity Insurance Law, Business Insurance Law, and Disaster Insurance Law.
Social promotion laws include: the welfare and rights protection law for children and teenagers, the welfare law for the elderly, the rights protection law for those with physical and mental disabilities, and the long-term care service law
Social compensation includes: Crime Victims Protection Law, Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law-Vaccine Injection
The Social Relief Law takes the current social assistance law and the draft amendment of the Social Relief Law as the content of the previous class.
