本課程旨在使學生了解我過著作權法之規範,並配合時勢發展,教導學生正確之著作權觀念,並輔以國際著作權條約、美國著作權法等與我國著作權法發展相關之原理原則與重要案例。1.本課程前半部份將以講授、討論或提問辯答方式並行,由授課老師引導同學討論當週指定之教材內容,同學每週上課前請務必研讀完畢該週指定教材。同學應主動參與討論。
2.後半部份,每次上課先由同學進行期末報告之presentation並接受同學提問,之後再由授課老師講評當日報告重點及補充著作權法相關時事及其法律適用。This course aims to enable students to understand the norms of China's copyright law, and to adapt to current developments, teach students the correct concept of copyright, and supplement it with principles, principles and important cases related to the development of my country's copyright law, such as international copyright treaties and U.S. copyright law. 1. The first half of this course will consist of lectures, discussions, or question and answer sessions. The teacher will guide students to discuss the designated teaching materials for that week. Students must study the designated teaching materials for that week before class each week. Students should take the initiative to participate in the discussion.
2. In the second half of each class, students will give a presentation on the final report and accept questions from classmates. After that, the teacher will comment on the key points of the day's report and supplement current affairs related to copyright law and its legal application.
