本課程旨在使學生了解我過著作權法之規範,並配合時勢發展,教導學生正確之著作權觀念,並輔以國際著作權條約、美國著作權法等與我國著作權法發展相關之原理原則與重要案例。1.本課程前半部份將以講授、討論或提問辯答方式並行,由授課老師引導同學討論當週指定之教材內容,同學每週上課前請務必研讀完畢該週指定教材。同學應主動參與討論。
2.後半部份,每次上課先由同學進行期末報告之presentation並接受同學提問,之後再由授課老師講評當日報告重點及補充著作權法相關時事及其法律適用。This course aims to enable students to understand the rules of our copyright law, cooperate with the development of time, teach students correct copyright concepts, and use the principles and important cases related to the development of our copyright law such as the International Copyright Contract, the American Copyright Law, and other principles and important cases. 1. The first half of this course will be taught, discussed or asked questions and answers. The teacher will guide the students to discuss the content of the textbooks designated for the week. Students must study and finish the designated textbooks that week before they go to class every week. Students should actively participate and discuss.
2. In the second half, each time you attend the class, the classmates will first conduct the final report presentation and accept the classmates' questions. Then the teacher will give a lecture on the key points of the report and supplement the copyright rights related to the law and its legal application.
