教育目標 Course Target
1. 運用設計的四大元素風、光、水、綠及莊子【至大物外,至小無內】的哲學思辨創造空間的無限想像
2. 以實地參訪為主,藉由參訪的經驗培養出美學的生活態度。
3. 經由案例了解如何設計用餐環境、營造氛圍及了解用餐品味。
1. Use the four major elements of design, such as wind, light, water, green and green, [from large objects to small things], to create infinite imagination of space
2. Mainly focus on local visits, cultivate aesthetic lifestyle through experience.
3. Learn from the case how to design the dining environment, create an atmosphere and understand the dining taste.
