課程目的在於和碩專班有產業經驗的同學共同討論當前產業所面臨的人力資源問題,思索產業可以採取的應對方式,並且從員工的選訓用留鑑定產業目前做法是否有更精進之處,期望藉由用人觀念的導正,產業管理培育人才的做法,全面提升產業人力資源管理的know how& know why,期望產業能透過人力資源提升其競爭優勢。The purpose of the course is for students with industrial experience in the master's class to discuss the current human resource issues faced by the industry, think about the ways the industry can respond, and identify whether the industry's current practices can be improved from the perspective of employee selection, training, and retention. It is hoped that through the guidance of the concept of employment and the practice of cultivating talents in industrial management, the know how & know why of industrial human resource management will be comprehensively improved. It is hoped that the industry can enhance its competitive advantage through human resources.
