本課程以創意經濟為基底的餐旅產業結合文化,兼具餐旅觀光價值與跨領域之整合,主要藉由異地教學及參訪的方式,讓學生有在地文化及全球性市場為深層思考方向。
This course uses creative economy as the integrated culture of the catering and tourism industry, and combines the integration of catering and tourism tourism value and cross-region. It mainly uses different teaching and visiting methods to allow students to have a deep thinking direction for local culture and global markets.
