教育目標 Course Target

1.本系預計由教師提出發展自主學習導向教學法及評量工具,透過多元創新的方式推廣「淨零碳排科技」教育,讓學生親近科學,從生活中體驗認識「淨零碳排科技」無處不在的科技,開啟對『淨零碳排科技』科學的好奇心。 2.透過自主學習創新課程設計讓學生了解全球餐飲旅館永續發展的未來趨勢,提升其具備永續發展素養。1. This department expects teachers to propose the development of independent learning-oriented teaching methods and assessment tools, and promote "net-zero carbon emission technology" education through multiple and innovative methods, so that students can get close to science and experience "net-zero carbon emission technology" from life. "Ubiquitous technology has opened up scientific curiosity about "net-zero carbon emission technology". 2. Through independent learning and innovative course design, students can understand the future trend of sustainable development of global restaurants and hotels and enhance their sustainable development literacy.
