Innovative Design Practice: Apply design thinking to evaluate the creative process of dairy product design, and practice product prototyping from concept generation.
Market analysis and marketing strategy: Understand market demand, formulate effective marketing strategies, and promote innovative dairy products.
Innovative design thinking trains students to integrate the basic and professional knowledge they have learned in the past, use diverse thinking, and cultivate students' sensitivity to new product development, technological innovation or innovative marketing models, hoping to integrate learning and application and strengthen their competitiveness in the workplace.
