城市競爭力與治理專題是以永續城市與地方發展出發,除了城市及地方治理概念介紹外,亦透過不同案例分析介紹與討論,逐步建構同學對都市與地方治理的架構與理解。本專題課程分為三大主軸進行,第一部分為都市與地方治理概念介紹,透過理論架構討論,建立對城市競爭力基礎認知;第二部分為都市與地方治理案例的分析,透過實際個案分析討論思考如何運用城市與地方治理知識;第三部分為都市與地方治理課題的討論報告,透過選定個別城市議題檢視與反思學習成效。The topic of Urban Competitiveness and Governance is based on sustainable urban and local development. In addition to introducing the concepts of urban and local governance, it also gradually builds students' structure and understanding of urban and local governance through the introduction and discussion of different case studies. This special course is divided into three main axes. The first part is an introduction to the concept of urban and local governance, and establishes a basic understanding of urban competitiveness through theoretical framework discussions. The second part is an analysis of urban and local governance cases, through actual case analysis and discussion. Think about how to use urban and local governance knowledge; the third part is a discussion report on urban and local governance issues, reviewing and reflecting on the learning effectiveness by selecting individual urban issues.
