城市競爭力與治理專題是以永續城市與地方發展出發，除了城市及地方治理概念介紹外，亦透過不同案例分析介紹與討論，逐步建構同學對都市與地方治理的架構與理解。本專題課程分為三大主軸進行，第一部分為都市與地方治理概念介紹，透過理論架構討論，建立對城市競爭力基礎認知；第二部分為都市與地方治理案例的分析，透過實際個案分析討論思考如何運用城市與地方治理知識；第三部分為都市與地方治理課題的討論報告，透過選定個別城市議題檢視與反思學習成效。The urban competition and governance topic is based on the continuous development of urban and local governments. In addition to introducing the concept of urban and local governance, it also gradually constructs the structure and understanding of urban and local governance through different case analysis and discussions. This topic course is divided into three main axes. The first part introduces the concept of urban and local governance. Through discussion on theoretical structure, a basic understanding of urban competitiveness is established; the second part is an analysis of urban and local governance cases, and a discussion through actual case analysis is discussed through actual case analysis. Think about how to use urban and local governance knowledge; the third part is a discussion report on urban and local governance courses, and select the observation and reflection of learning results of individual urban issues.
