探討與學習:(1)物價水準、利率水準、國民所得、就業數量與匯率水準等相關總體經濟變數的決定
(2)通貨膨脹、經濟成長、景氣循環、國際收支餘額、外匯存底與匯率水準等相關總體經濟變數彼此間的關係
(3)總體經濟政策(財政政策、貨幣政策、外匯政策、利率政策與金融政策等)對上述相關總體經濟變數的衝擊與影響
(4)總體經濟部門別行為(消費者消費支出、廠商投資支出、出口、進口、貨幣需求與貨幣供給)函數的決定等議題,
藉以認識與瞭解:
(A)總體經濟政策是否對(a)經濟效率(efficiency)、(b)物價與金融與匯率穩定(stability)、(c)所得分配公平(equity)、(d)經濟成長(growth)、(e)國際收支與產業發展平衡(balance)等政策最終目標(final target)具有控制與影響力?
(B)總體經濟政策之政策有效性(policy effectiveness)受限之處。Discussion and learning: (1) Determination of the overall economic variables related to price, interest rate, national income, employment quantity and exchange rate water quality, etc.
