探討與學習:(1)物價水準、利率水準、國民所得、就業數量與匯率水準等相關總體經濟變數的決定
(2)通貨膨脹、經濟成長、景氣循環、國際收支餘額、外匯存底與匯率水準等相關總體經濟變數彼此間的關係
(3)總體經濟政策(財政政策、貨幣政策、外匯政策、利率政策與金融政策等)對上述相關總體經濟變數的衝擊與影響
(4)總體經濟部門別行為(消費者消費支出、廠商投資支出、出口、進口、貨幣需求與貨幣供給)函數的決定等議題,
藉以認識與瞭解:
(A)總體經濟政策是否對(a)經濟效率(efficiency)、(b)物價與金融與匯率穩定(stability)、(c)所得分配公平(equity)、(d)經濟成長(growth)、(e)國際收支與產業發展平衡(balance)等政策最終目標(final target)具有控制與影響力?
(B)總體經濟政策之政策有效性(policy effectiveness)受限之處。Discussion and learning: (1) Determination of relevant overall economic variables such as price levels, interest rate levels, national income, employment numbers, and exchange rate levels
(2) The relationship between related overall economic variables such as inflation, economic growth, business cycle, balance of international payments, foreign exchange reserves and exchange rate levels.
(3) The impact and influence of overall economic policies (fiscal policy, monetary policy, foreign exchange policy, interest rate policy, financial policy, etc.) on the above-mentioned related overall economic variables
(4) Issues such as the determination of functions of overall economic sector behavior (consumer consumption expenditures, manufacturer investment expenditures, exports, imports, money demand and money supply),
To know and understand:
(A) Whether the overall economic policy has a positive impact on (a) economic efficiency (efficiency), (b) price, financial and exchange rate stability (stability), (c) income distribution fairness (equity), (d) economic growth (growth), ( e) Do the final goals of policies such as balance of payments and industrial development have control and influence?
(B) Limitations on the policy effectiveness of overall economic policies.
