6511 - 原住民族社會工作 Indigenous Social Work


教育目標 Course Target

當代原住民族社會工作發展已呈現巨大變化,社會結構面向依循著80年代臺灣民主化運動、主體意識提升以及回應多元文化社會的態度和行動,創造了近十年來關於原住民族社會工作論述和實踐發展,從個人問題取向轉向至族群文化面向。在論述上呈現著文化能力、文化安全、文化轉譯、文化主權和歷史創傷等思考;在實際行動上則更關注原住民族世界觀和生活慣習,如何落實在社會福利服務介入模式之中。無論論述思考或實踐行動均面向一個共同的議題——環境和生態,一方面立基於原住民族生活體系中人與自然的不可分割性;二方面在權利觀點上逐漸從個人權利轉而重視集體權利,原住民族集體權利觀點亦強調文化和環境。因此,這門課程將自文化、環境與生態面向,探究社會工作介入的可能性,以及居間衍生的各種影響和衝擊,自論述層次思索行動,從行動實踐反饋觀點,期待在族群工作中觸及解殖的行動基礎和意義。The development of contemporary indigenous social work has shown great changes. The social structure is based on the attitude and actions of Taiwan's democratization movement in the 1980s, the improvement of subjective consciousness and response to the multicultural society. It has created the discussion and practical development of indigenous social work in the past decade, and has shifted from the orientation of personal problems to the orientation of ethnic culture. In the theory, it presents thoughts on cultural ability, cultural security, cultural transformation, cultural ownership and historical inflicting thoughts; in actual actions, it pays more attention to the world view and living habits of the indigenous peoples, and how to implement the social welfare service intervention model. Regardless of whether the slogan thinking or practical action is oriented towards a common topic - environment and ecology. On the one hand, it is based on the inseparable nature of man and nature in the life system of the indigenous people; on the other hand, it gradually shifts from personal rights to emphasize collective rights, and the collective rights of the indigenous people also emphasizes culture and environment. Therefore, this course will explore the possibility of social work intervention from cultural, environmental and ecological aspects, as well as various influences and impacts derived from the local area, and will reflect on actions from the perspective of action, and look forward to the action foundation and meaning of exposure and degeneration in ethnic work.
