在人的生命歷程中,因為先天或後天因素,部份人會成為身心障礙者,由於身心等面向之限制,使得身心障礙者在生活、就業、生涯發考及社會參與上,受到相當大的限制,並同時影響其家屬、照顧者甚至整個家庭之生活品質。如何看待身心障礙的議題存在多元理論觀點,在國際組織、民間團體以及各國政府的努力下,對於身心障礙者之人權、保障與服務體系有了長足的進展,在此過程中,社會工作者成為提供直接實務規劃與服務輸送的重要專業人力,其所具備之知能,也會左右服務過程之品質與成效。因此,本課程在於探討身心障礙社會工作之相關專題,並從理論觀點、政策演變、實務場域之實踐等面向,提供修課學生能進一步認識身心障礙學理與實務知識,期待增強學生對此專業領域之敏感度及興趣,進而運用於未來論文撰寫及職涯發展。In the course of human life, due to innate or acquired factors, some people will become physically and mentally disabled. Due to the limitations of physical and mentally, physically and mentally disabled people are subject to considerable restrictions in life, career, career examinations, and social participation, and at the same time affect the quality of their family, caregivers and even the entire family. There are multiple theoretical views on how to view physical and mental disability. With the efforts of international organizations, private groups and governments of various countries, they have made sufficient progress in the human rights, protection and service systems of people with physical and mental disabilities. In this process, social workers have become an important professional manpower to provide direct practical planning and service delivery. Their knowledge can also influence the quality and effectiveness of the service process. Therefore, this course is about exploring the related topics of social work for physical and mental disability, and provides students with the ability to further understand physical and mental disability theory and practical knowledge from the perspectives of theoretical viewpoints, policy changes, and practical fields. We look forward to enhancing students' sensitivity and interest in this professional field, and thus for future writing and career development.
