家庭照顧工作是件勞心又勞力的工作，家庭照顧者的工作內容之複雜及沈重並不亞於一般專業照顧者，且家庭照顧者通常是無酬家屬工作，在情緒負荷上亦遠高於一般專業照顧者，有關壓力的疏解管道亦相當缺乏，其壓力之重，不言可喻。而隨著臺灣快速的人口轉型現象，家庭照顧者的數量有日益增加趨勢，如何適當地裝備、保護與支持這一群重要的家庭照顧人力，將是政府未來相關福利措施須積極謀思之處。基於此，本課程除將閱讀有關家庭照顧者的基本特徵、照顧壓力、工作內容及相關論點外，亦將討論目前國內有關家庭照顧者的相關支持措施及其限制，期透過課程讓修課學者對於家庭照顧者及其相關處境有更深入的瞭解，促發未來參與或更進一步學習的意願。
Family care is a laborious and laborious job. The complex and heavy work content of family caregivers is not as complicated as that of ordinary professional caregivers. Family caregivers are usually unpaid for family work, and are also far higher than that of ordinary in terms of emotional burden. Professional caregivers also lack pressure relief pipelines, and the heavy pressure is self-evident. With Taiwan's rapid population transformation phenomenon, the number of family caregivers is increasing trends. How to adapt, protect and support this important group of family caregivers locally will be a place where the government's future related welfare measures need to be extremely considerate. Based on this, in addition to reading the basic characteristics, care pressure, work content and related discussions about family caregivers, this course will also discuss relevant support measures and restrictions on family caregivers in China, and will allow students to take the course through the course. Have a deeper understanding of family caregivers and their related situations to promote future participation or further learning.
