家庭照顧工作是件勞心又勞力的工作,家庭照顧者的工作內容之複雜及沈重並不亞於一般專業照顧者,且家庭照顧者通常是無酬家屬工作,在情緒負荷上亦遠高於一般專業照顧者,有關壓力的疏解管道亦相當缺乏,其壓力之重,不言可喻。而隨著臺灣快速的人口轉型現象,家庭照顧者的數量有日益增加趨勢,如何適當地裝備、保護與支持這一群重要的家庭照顧人力,將是政府未來相關福利措施須積極謀思之處。基於此,本課程除將閱讀有關家庭照顧者的基本特徵、照顧壓力、工作內容及相關論點外,亦將討論目前國內有關家庭照顧者的相關支持措施及其限制,期透過課程讓修課學者對於家庭照顧者及其相關處境有更深入的瞭解,促發未來參與或更進一步學習的意願。
Family care work is a tiring and tiring job. The work content of family caregivers is no less complicated and serious than that of ordinary professional caregivers. Moreover, family caregivers usually work for unpaid family members, and the emotional load is much higher than that of ordinary caregivers. There is also a lack of stress relief channels for professional caregivers, and it is self-evident how stressful they are. With Taiwan's rapid demographic transition, the number of family caregivers is increasing day by day. How to properly equip, protect and support this important group of family caregivers will be an area where the government must actively consider future welfare measures. Based on this, in addition to reading about the basic characteristics, caregiving pressure, work content and related arguments of family caregivers, this course will also discuss the current domestic support measures and limitations for family caregivers, with a view to allowing scholars to take the course through the course Gain a deeper understanding of family caregivers and their associated situations, leading to a willingness to participate or further study in the future.
